Involve your actual stakeholders

Only your stakeholders can determine what is valuable about your work. And by "stakeholders" we don't mean Jenny from marketing or Dave from project management. However useful their opinion is, your actual stakeholders are the people who pay for your product or use it on a regular basis. Everyone is your audience.

Now, we know its hard to find the right stakeholders. But let us help you with our range of products, workshops, meetups, a global community of local user groups and other helpful content.

Create the culture and skill to improve, continuously

Technologies change all the time, and so do the needs of your stakeholders, market and environment. It will be hard to survive without a learning culture; where it feels safe to experiment, where people give and get help and where learning is part of work.

And yes, this is hard when you don't know where to start. But we're here to help with a range of products, workshops, meetups, a global community of local user groups and other helpful content.

Making waves together

We aim to liberate individuals, teams, and organizations from de-humanizing and ineffective ways of organizing work by putting them in control of shaping their future.

We can’t make much of an impact on that lofty goal alone. So, in order to make bigger waves and to maximize the impact of our work, we are actively building a community of Liberators — like-minded and experienced professionals that recognize themselves in our purpose.
